What You Will Do
  • In the upstream-project phase:
  • Contribute to establishing the Technical Definition and to quoting the list of new software functions that need to be integrated into the product (NFL).
  • Involve in coding the project’s Entry Ticket to ensure the budget necessary for carrying out the project phase.
  • Contribute to making the supplier impact files.
  • Build and formalize the budget associated with the project lines for which this is responsible.
  • At the CF milestone (Concept Freeze), validate the coherence between technical definition established by the Upstream Framework and the QCDP objectives.
  • Build and achieve for his perimeter the QCT objectives for new business projects or aftersales activities for the calibrated software that manages the operation of the GMP organs they are responsible for, complying with the budget, official regulations, and internal standards; piloting software activities to achieve the expected performance levels at project milestones.

Sign Software quality engagement document projects within their domain, ensuring coherence between the technical definition and the economic constraints of the project.

  • Functionally pilot a team of software project leader, software project manager, and flydocs dealing with the management of calibrated software development projects within the affected perimeter.
  • Pilot the relationship with the external development and calibration software supplier.
What We Are Looking For
  • Graduate with a technical profile (preferably specializing in Road Vehicles, Transport, Mechanics, Mechatronics, Electrotechnics).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering / Systems.
  • Advanced knowledge in the automotive field, internal combustion engines, and gearboxes (processes and characteristics of internal combustion engines / calculation and construction of internal combustion engines).
  • Advanced knowledge of control systems and electrical components (sensors and actuators).
  • Experience in transverse piloting.
  • Experience in hierarchical / functional management.
  • Experience in conducting trials / tests.
  • Language skills: English (advanced level).
  • Strong communication skills, teamwork, and transverse working abilities; structured thinking, analysis, and synthesis capacity.
  • Proactivity, good time and stress management; risk management.
