Une entreprise leader dans le secteur des produits de construction recherche un Planificateur de Production pour un contrat d'un an. Le candidat idéal doit avoir un diplôme en Génie Industriel et au moins 4 ans d'expérience dans la planification de production. Ce rôle implique la création de plans de production, le contrôle des stocks et la collaboration avec divers départements.

Qualifications

• Diplômé en Génie Industriel.
• Au moins 4 ans d'expérience en planification de production.
• Excellente maîtrise de l'anglais.

Responsibilities

• Déterminer les besoins de production et préparer des plans de capacité.
• Créer des plans de production quotidiens, hebdomadaires et mensuels.
• Assurer le contrôle des stocks et le suivi des niveaux de stock de sécurité.

What Do We Expect from Our New Team Member

• For a 1-year fixed term; If you can determine production needs based on market demand forecasts within the S&OP cycle for a fixed-term period of 1 year, prepare medium- and long-term capacity plans, and support customer order management,
• If you ensure the creation of daily, weekly, and monthly production plans in line with production demands and track adherence to production schedules,
• If you’re excited about performing effective stock control, monitoring safety stock levels, reducing aged inventory, and ensuring proper reporting,
• If you’re eager to work cross-functionally with other departments (R&D, Production, Marketing) in new product projects and coordinate the timely start of mass production processes,
• If you monitor and report OTIF KPIs for customer service levels across market, customer, and product segments,
• If you assign production orders in line with customer deadlines and production schedules, track execution, and take preventive measures and create solutions for existing and potential risks related to critical orders,
• If you’re enthusiastic about contributing to system improvement projects within production planning and control processes,
• If you’re willing to report production planning and control activities in line with QDMS and ISO requirements,
• If you’re excited to actively participate in TPM activities and continuous improvement projects together with the Supply Chain Committee,
