Your Background

• University Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of production experience; machining experience is an asset. Supervisory experience is beneficial.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks to meet specifications and deadlines.
• Collaborative, solutions-oriented approach with strong communication skills.
• Adaptability to fast-paced environments and changing priorities.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing & Operational Excellence; experience with Lean Six Sigma is preferable.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, supervisory, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS-Office; SAP knowledge is preferred.
• Good command of English and Turkish, both written and spoken.
• Completed military service for male applicants.
