What Awaits You in This Role?

• This role will play a critical role in increasing productivity, reducing waste & cost, resource distribution and allocation, promoting a culture of continuous improvement, vehicle & labor cost analysis, facilitating simultaneous communication and sharing best practices among four plants.
• Take a role to drive continuous improvement in factories and optimize processes, ensuring operations are efficient, effective and aligned with the company's strategic goals.
• Take a role to coordinate efficiency programs across all factories, manage labor calculations, and ensure cost management.
• To carry out benchmarking activities across all factories and ensure the achievement of goals. The team will work on-site to identify improvement opportunities.

What Are We Looking For in This Position?

• Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Economics
• No travel restrictions, the person will actively work with Ford Otosan’s all facilities including Craiova, Eskişehir and İstanbul as an Operational Excellence Team Member either by travelling or remote
• Excellent use of MS Office applications and presentation skills
• Ideal candidate will be self-motivated, deadline-oriented, fast-learner, organized, dedicated, flexible, hands-on team player with complex problem-solving skills, ability to build solid relationships and risk-oriented mindset
• Strong ability to work with Senior Management and collaborating with multiple departments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Familiarity with Ford Otosan systems and processes is an asset
• Experience in production, cost management, expense management, budget control and HPV calculations processes is an asset
• Analytical thinking, result-oriented, dynamic, well-developed organization, and planning skills.

• Strong communication skills, disciplined, strong persuasion and representation skills
