Job Description: Senior Account Manager at Cisco

Cisco is seeking a talented, driven, and ambitious Senior Account Manager to sell Cisco solutions and manage relationships with our Enterprise and Commercial select customers.

Responsibilities
  1. Implement Cisco's global sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to expand sales opportunities.
  3. Identify new sales avenues to achieve revenue objectives.
  4. Enhance Cisco's market presence by creating strong solutions that foster long-term partnerships.
  5. Develop and deliver accurate sales forecasts.
  6. Achieve defined sales targets and contribute to Cisco's profitability and positive market image.
Who You'll Work With

You will collaborate with top enterprise and commercial customers in Turkey, coordinating with Cisco internal resources (local, regional, global), partners, TAC, and customers. This role involves driving the full Cisco product and software portfolio, focusing on services and software growth. You will participate in developing competitive strategies aligned with country leadership and orchestrate extended team capabilities, including systems engineering, architectural, services, legal, and finance specialists.

Who You Are
  • You can work within an extended team to execute sales strategies, lead complex deals, and communicate the business value of IT solutions to CIOs and business leaders.
  • Have 8-12 years of relevant sales experience.
  • Proven success in solution selling, especially complex solutions to executive management.
  • Skilled in networking within customer organizations to identify key influencers and decision-makers.
  • Effective collaborator across extended teams.
  • Experience in the Enterprise & Commercial segment.
  • Strong commercial focus, negotiation skills, problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
  • High proficiency in English is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
