Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields,
  • Preferably experienced in Supply Chain Planning functions (Demand Planning, Inventory and Order Management, etc.) within an FMCG/Retail company operating in the Food sector,
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English,
  • Knowledge of supply chain management systems, previously been a part of the system, contributed to its implementation or development,
  • Strong communication and coordination skills,
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, with experience in reporting and presentation,
  • Advanced knowledge and experience in Excel,
  • Strong analytical skills, capable of identifying accuracy and consistency between data, with attention to detail.

Job Description:

  • Developing, implementing, and managing all supply chain planning processes of the company (demand planning, production planning, supply planning, etc.),
  • Managing and optimizing all operational processes (goods receipt, warehousing, shipment, etc.) of the central warehouse and regional warehouses,
  • Ensuring that products are allocated to the right warehouses and stores in the right quantities at the right time,
  • Supporting the execution of the company's import and export operations (customs procedures, transport organisation, etc.),
  • Determining optimum stock levels, tracking inventory, and creating and managing timely orders,
  • Planning, coordinating, and managing stock transfers between different warehouses,
  • Effectively managing and improving all logistics and operational processes between stores and the warehouse (product shipment, return processes, etc.),
  • Managing relationships with suppliers, creating and tracking orders, and ensuring timely delivery,
  • Working in accordance with defined KPIs to monitor supply chain performance, reporting, and conducting improvement efforts to increase efficiency,
  • Working in coordination with relevant departments (category, logistics, operations, sales, marketing, finance, etc.).
