This position is based in Istanbul within the CoreDiagnostics Division, empowering smarter medical and economic decision making to help transform how people manage their health at all stages of life. Every day, more than 10 million tests are run on Abbott’s diagnostics instruments, providing lab results for millions of people.

Our diagnostic solutions are used in hospitals, laboratories, and clinics worldwide. What You’ll Do
Primary Objective of Position

The Sr. Customer Support Center Specialist is responsible for providing customer telephone and remote support for assay application, systems, and instruments within the region.

Major Accountabilities
  • Provide customers with assay, application, systems, and instrument support via telephone, email, or online media.
  • Complete all required contact documentation to ensure compliance with Abbott quality, regulatory, and service & support procedures and processes.
  • Success in this role is measured by customer satisfaction scores (NPS), achievement of support KPIs, and resolution rates.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; engineering degree in medical, electrical, mechanical, or medical technology preferred.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Proven track record in a similar position supported by management and customer references.
  • Successful engagement with customers, especially lab staff.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Technical expertise across all product lines.
  • Strong experience with analytical tools and software.
