Job description

Wraith facilitates distributorship activities for 20+ brands in Türkiye. Most of these brands are exclusively contracted with our company to ensure maximum performance. We handle the B2B and B2C sales of our partner brands, as well as customer service, technical service, marketing & promotion, and brand management. The core brand of Wraith also produces its own products and manages B2B and B2C sales worldwide. Currently, resellers from 20+ countries actively collaborate with Wraith to promote and sell Wraith products in their home countries.

Requirements

  • Experience in key account management or similar roles
  • Strong understanding of customer relationship management
  • Excellent cross-functional cooperation and teamwork skills
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategy

Responsibilities:

  • Initiate communication and business channels with distributorship brands
  • Manage communication and business affairs with Wraith's B2C clients
  • Gather and analyze sales and marketing data effectively
  • Prepare reports for clients and management based on data insights
  • Communicate strategies with clients and brands using data insights
  • Collaborate with clients and relevant departments to ensure client growth

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in account management or sales
  • Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
