Job Description

In-Field Operations:

  1. Controlling the general conditions of trailers.
  2. Organizing service in case of trailer damage.
  3. Following up on trailer traffic insurance transactions.
  4. Keeping originals of trailer licenses and conformity documents; re-issuing them if lost.
  5. Providing communication and organization with drivers.
  6. Ensuring daily driver cards are maintained, and monitoring mileage, diesel purchase, and consumption.
  7. Calculating drivers' monthly allowances.
  8. Following up on annual inspection dates and organizing TUV transactions if needed.
  9. Monitoring traffic fines and informing drivers accordingly.

Trailer Management:

  1. Keeping the daily trailer tracking list up to date.
  2. Sharing information about empty equipment with relevant operations units.
  3. Providing information about empty equipment to the sales department to facilitate spot loads and annual loads.
  4. Ensuring the use of appropriate trailers based on operational needs.
  5. Monitoring monthly trip numbers and trailer utilization, reporting monthly.
  6. Monitoring and controlling all in-field operations.
  7. Obtaining offers and negotiating annual agreements with domestic and foreign trucking companies and haulers.

Work Location: İstanbul or İzmir

Minimum Requirements
  • Relevant bachelor’s degree, especially in logistics.
  • Good command of English.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in related business (preferred).
  • Proficiency in office programs.
  • Knowledge of transportation and customs legislation.
