Step into a role where operational finesse, people management, and creative energy combine to deliver unforgettable evenings under the stars.

We are seeking a proactive and organized Coordinator to assist in the day-to-day management of the Astra Lumina İstanbul experience. You will support the Site Manager in all operational matters, while also contributing to staff scheduling, visitor flow, and on-site marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Site Manager in overseeing daily operations and logistics.
  • Act as the operational lead when the Site Manager is off-site.
  • Supervise staff in ticketing, visitor management, and guest experience.
  • Monitor staff schedules, ensuring proper shift coverage.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams for content capture and guest engagement.
  • Resolve operational issues quickly and effectively during the experience.
  • Maintain clear communication with team leaders, vendors, and upper management.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in event coordination, operations, or hospitality.
