Proficiencies:

• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, with experience in planning and scheduling for electrical engineering projects.
• Strong customer relationship management, with a focus on understanding client needs and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Processing error tickets related to engineering issues and requests.
• Being the accountable stakeholder for reporting the error landscape.
• Representation and presentation of tickets in relevant rounds, e.g., module 50 round, SI top rounds, finish round, etc.
• Plausibility and quality check of (third-party) tickets.
• Active tracking and driving the error correction process.
• Ability to collaborate with related fields on preliminary analyses.
• Change management or guided error laps/CCBs.

Responsibilities:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of English and German is required.
• Proven track record of successfully managing electrical engineering projects from concept to completion, with a focus on delivering results that meet or exceed client expectations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.), with the ability to effectively use these tools to track progress, allocate resources, create and deliver professional presentations, reports, and project documentation.
• Familiarity with Octane, Confluence, Jira, or DOORs is an asset.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, project managers, and clients.
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations related to electrical engineering projects.
• Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients, conduct site visits, and oversee project needs.
• Candidates residing in Bursa, Kocaeli, or Istanbul are preferred.
