What we expect? / Duty And Responsibilities :

• Virtualization and Data Center Management
• High Availability System Administration
• System and Infrastructure Process Management
• Hardware and Infrastructure Management (Administration of broadcasting hardware such as DELL, HPE, HUAWEI)
• Networking Fundamentals (Load Balancer, Security Policies, Network Troubleshooting)
• SQL Server Administration (High Availability, Resource Performance Optimization, MSSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.)
• Security Fundamentals and Vulnerability Remediation Activities
• Monitoring and Reporting
• Storage and Backup Management (Proficient in enterprise solutions like NetBackup, Veeam, Veritas)
• Linux and Windows System Administration (Ubuntu, Windows Server Family, RHEL)
• Middleware Installations – RabbitMQ, Redis, Memcached, etc.
• Active Directory Management (Authentication, Authorization, Group Policy Object (GPO), Group Policies)
• Automation and Process Management

Qualifications We Are Looking For :

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical-Electronics Engineering, Mathematics Engineering, or Management Information Systems (MIS).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure and operations management.
• Proven experience in managing high availability infrastructure systems.
• Solid understanding of Project Management fundamentals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure operations, incident resolution, and escalation processes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to build effective relationships with team members.
• Team player with a customer-oriented approach.
• Strong analytical thinking skills and a passion for research and investigation.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and tools.
• Committed to a solution-oriented and result-driven working approach.
• Ability to prepare and deliver regular reports and documentation.
