Your Tasks – What do You bring as Senior Application Technology Laboratory Engineer?

• Perform laboratory tests in order to produce reliable and precise data to support AT projects, claims and complaints
• Fine tune ink and varnish formulations for optimal results regarding customer complaints/requirements by collaborating TD
• Carry out routine tasks and analyses accurately following respective methodologies and test protocols strictly
• Maintain detailed records of tests and results; perform first interpretation, to present to AT managers
• Ensure the laboratory is well-stocked and resourced and that everything is clearly and correctly labelled
• Keep equipment in a clean and serviceable condition
• Install, maintain and operate standard laboratory equipment (to be supported with relevant learning activities)
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for ink&varnish formulations, application procedures, and troubleshooting guides
• Work closely with production team, industrialization team and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of ink&varnish products
• Apply continuous improvement mindset to daily work
• Ensure all laboratory practices comply with safety and regulatory standards

Your Profile – What You can expect as Senior Application Technology Laboratory Engineer?

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• At least 5 years experience in laboratory technology and techniques
• Familiarity with printing technologies and substrates
• The position typically involves working in a laboratory or production environment with some potential for fieldwork at customer sites
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and attention to details
• SAP knowledge
• MS Office proficiency
• Fluent in English
