Job summary

Ein innovatives Unternehmen sucht einen Qualitätsmanager für spannende Projekte im Bereich neuer Beleuchtungslösungen. In dieser Rolle sind Sie verantwortlich für das Qualitätsmanagement während des gesamten Projektlebenszyklus, die Identifizierung und Minderung von Risiken sowie die Gewährleistung der Kundenzufriedenheit. Sie arbeiten in einem dynamischen Team und tragen zur Entwicklung umweltfreundlicher Mobilität bei. Qualifications

• Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement.
• Erfahrung in der Automobilindustrie ist erforderlich.

• Verantwortlich für das Qualitätsmanagement des Projekts.
• Sicherstellen, dass die Kundenanforderungen erfüllt werden.

You will…

• Manage the quality of the project,
• Identify and mitigate risks to avoid unnecessary issues,
• Ensure customer quality deliverables and objectives are met,
• Control and monitor conformity on the Clean process (from NPA for Product Group, Product Line, or Regional Operation entities, using appropriate tools for site organization),
• Serve as the customer interface for quality matters in development for the assigned projects in the Product Group / Site,
• Manage quality throughout the project lifecycle,
• Ensure CPM compliance,
• Focus on Design & Change management,
• Support supplier management activities,
• Ensure the IS is validated by the customer on time,
• Apply QRQC rules.

Let’s Talk About You…

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering,
• At least 2 years of experience in quality,
• Experience in the automotive industry,
• Dynamic, team player with good interpersonal skills,
• Fluent in English, as our environment is strongly internationally oriented.
