Main Responsibilities;
- Manage the Bank’s FX position with profit maximization and risk management approach in a faced paced environment and volatile market conditions,
- Analyze the transactions and rates on the Bank’s FX platform (Digit), compare them with similar platforms in the market, and evaluate feedbacks from users,
- Analyze customer behavior to cluster users to optimize spreads,
- Comply with regulatory requirements and react swiftly in case of a problem,
- Improve Digit in close collaboration with Business units, branches, and customers,
- Define and measure KPIs for Digit, determine key financial targets and analyze competitors,
- Define, prioritize, and communicate short-, mid-and long-term goals of the product by owning and maintaining a visible product roadmap,
- Collaborate with user experience experts, visual designers, and engineers to reach the best possible version of a product,
- Create and maintain product backlogs.
- Prioritize development activities with engineering teams, assist in determining the best technical implementation methods, work closely with BA on acceptance testing, and lead product launches,
- Validate opportunities through research, data analysis, competitive research, and other relevant tools,
- Act as the voice of the user and key stakeholders during day-to-day aspects of product development,
- Help define and refine working processes in order to maximize efficiency in constantly evolving environments,
- Meet frequently with business units, analysts, engineers, and other Digit stakeholders to capture requirements and communicate the progress of new product releases,
The ideal candidate will have;
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required, MBA is preferred,
- Knowledge in SQL, Python, and/or PowerBI is required,
- Have 2+ years of Product Management or Business Analyst experience, having managed at least one entire product development cycle from concept to launch is preferred,
- Fluent in spoken and written English,
- Having a great eye for understanding and tracking data, using analytical skills to support the evolution of the product roadmap,
- Flexible to changes, eager to learn, proactive to act, resilient to failure, persistent in making an impact,
- Great communication and negotiation skills,
