A leading holding's IT subsidiary is seeking a Compliance Systems Specialist to bridge IT developments and business processes. The role involves executing Information Security Management System processes and ensuring compliance with Personal Data Protection Law. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree, 4 years of experience, and strong skills in compliance and information security.

Working Model: Hybrid (1 day remote/weekly)
Location: İzmir
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree from Engineering or Economics and Administrative Sciences departments,
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in compliance, information security, or related IT systems,
• Strong command of MS Office tools
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, Message Management System, and Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) processes,
• Basic knowledge of SAP,
• Basic programming knowledge (at a level sufficient to interpret documentation),
• Basic hardware knowledge (at a level sufficient to interpret documentation),
• Fluent in English,
• Responsible, team-oriented,
• Strong time management, follow-up, reporting, and communication skills.
Job Description:
• Serve as a bridge between IT developments and business processes,
• Participate in the execution of Information Security Management System (ISMS – ISO 27001) processes, coordinate related efforts across group companies, and manage documentation,
• Support the implementation of Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) compliance processes, coordinate efforts within group companies, and manage documentation,
• Establish ERP-related document standards, ensure compliance with these standards, perform controls, and provide reporting,
• Oversee and ensure the preparation, coordination, and regular updating of ERP-related project, infrastructure, and design documentation.
