We are looking for a Brand Strategy Manager to take part in Şişecam Headquarters – Communication Team in Tuzla / Istanbul. The ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Communication, or Social Sciences (MBA/MA preferred).
  • 15+ years of experience in a related position.
  • Strong understanding of emerging technologies in communication and channels.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office programs.
  • Strategic thinker with strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with Şişecam’s goals.
  • Define and refine Şişecam’s value proposition, ensuring it resonates with the target audience.
  • Establish brand guidelines, standards, and metrics to ensure consistency across all communications.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of the brand’s visual and verbal identity (logos, colors, messaging, tone of voice).
  • Monitor brand equity, track brand health metrics, and implement strategies to enhance perception and loyalty.
  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns to strengthen brand awareness and engagement.
  • Develop and execute CSR initiatives and sponsorships to enhance brand positioning.
  • Build and manage a high-performing brand team, providing guidance and mentorship.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment.
