Qualifications

What you’ll do

•Policy Development and Compliance: Support the development, implementation, and governance of policies aligned with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 22301, ISO 9000, ISO 20000, ISO 14001). Monitor regulatory and compliance requirements to ensure policies remain current and enforceable.
•Certificate Management: Manage the lifecycle (issuance, renewal, and compliance) of all ISO certifications. Liaise with certification bodies to schedule and prepare for audits.
•Internal & External Audits: Plan and conduct internal audits for ISO compliance and operational resilience. Coordinate external ISO and regulatory audits, support audit teams, and follow up on audit findings.
•Risk & Governance Alignment: Collaborate with the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team to assess and mitigate risks related to compliance and continuity. Track emerging threats and their potential impact on resilience.
•Training and Awareness: Lead and maintain organization-wide training programs on ISO standards, business continuity best practices, and regulatory compliance. Promote a culture of awareness and accountability across all departments.
•Business Continuity and Emergency Planning: Contribute to the design, testing, and execution of Business Continuity and Emergency Response exercises. Track outcomes, maintain logs of drills, and monitor corrective action progress.
•Incident Response and Corrective Actions: Monitor non-conformities and incidents, lead root cause analysis, and manage remediation plans. Maintain timely and accurate reporting of incidents to leadership and regulators.
•Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Ensure effective communication with internal departments, Vodafone Group, regulators, and external auditors. Report progress and compliance status to senior leadership in a structured and timely manner.
•Documentation and Record Management: Operate and maintain the Document Management System (DMS) for ISO documentation, audit logs, and corrective action plans. Ensure traceability and version control of critical documents.
•Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving the resilience and compliance frameworks. Recommend innovations in policy, training, reporting, and audit practices.

Who you are

•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Security, Risk Management, or a related field.
•Minimum 4–6 years of experience in business continuity, internal audit, compliance, or ISO governance.
•Proven track record with ISO standards such as ISO 22301 (Business Continuity), ISO 9000 , ISO 20000 (IT Service Management), and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management).
Preferred Certifications:
•CBCI or ISO 22301 Lead Implementer / Auditor
•CRISC, CISM, or similar GRC-related certifications is a plus
•Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP or Prince2) is a plus
Technical & Behavioral Competencies:
•Strong knowledge of ISO management system standards and audit processes.
•Familiarity with risk assessment and mitigation methodologies.
•Excellent communication and report-writing skills in English and Turkish.
•Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
•Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, and deadlines.
•Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document control systems (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence, DMS tools).
