Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Administrative Sciences, or related disciplines
• Excellent command of English
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Supply Chain processes
• Experience in the automotive industry
• Strong communication skills and an analytical mindset
• Preferably proficient in SAP application
• Male candidates must have completed their military service
• Ability to reside in Bursa

Job Description:

• Prepare periodic raw material supply programs, notify suppliers, obtain confirmations, and archive them according to updated product and spare parts programs, as well as defined procedures and instructions entered into the SAP system by customer logistics management
• Monitor material criticality based on production schedules, take urgent measures in case of delays, and inform supervisors and relevant production units
• Create orders aligned with targets and take necessary actions to meet stock objectives
• Maintain and update stock coding parameters of materials
• Coordinate with the Transport Logistic unit to ensure proper transportation conditions
• Execute logistics actions to support complete production
• Follow changes in the bill of materials with Process Development and Product Management, participate in relevant studies, and update supply lists accordingly
• Monitor suppliers’ logistics issues, implement precautions, inform purchasing when necessary, and conduct on-site visits and inspections when needed
