You lead new business opportunities in right store opportunities in white space retail environments. You use your deep understanding of our categories and brands to sell to new customers and to expand current customers’ portfolios. In this role, you develop promotional pricing structures to fit with customer needs.

How you will contribute

You will:

  1. Be responsible for developing and successfully implementing the commercial plan to strengthen and expand Mondelēz International’s position with and within assigned customers by preparing, negotiating, and executing business plans.
  2. Coordinate between the customer and Mondelēz International internal functions.
  3. Maintain and develop strategic growth plans for customers, focusing on portfolio management, listings, distribution, and effective promotion and visibility.
  4. Build and develop strong category partnerships.
  5. Manage pricing within the Gross to Net Framework, assortment management, forecast accuracy in conjunction with the supply chain function.
  6. Evaluate, plan, and execute appropriate promotional activities and in-store visibility strategies with cross-functional colleagues.
  7. Monitor, analyze, and report on market and competitor developments.
