Job Description

1. Support Purchasing Engineers with daily tasks
2. Organize and coordinate the Purchasing Teams group
3. Provide support for digitalization projects (PUE-X)
4. Take responsibility for 5S activities and internal audits
5. Follow up on sample processes (ordering, delivery, warehousing, etc.) with suppliers and internal stakeholders
6. Send out RFQs and prepare COQs
7. Maintain purchasing and finance records in SAP
8. Support lean management initiatives
9. Act as PUE representative in a country-specific TTM project, with a focus on Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD)

Qualifications

1. 3rd year undergraduate student, or Master student, preferably in Engineering Departments
2. Effective problem solving and time management skills
3. Proactive team-member with result-oriented approach
4. Excellent command in English
5. Proficiency in MS Office Applications
6. Minimum 3 full days attendance is mandatory during the academic semesters
