As a Product Manager, you will be at the center of driving our robotics solutions from idea to implementation—ensuring alignment with customer needs, market trends, and strategic goals.

What You’ll Do Day-to-day

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle: from idea validation to launch and continuous iteration
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—mechanical, electronics, software engineers, and business stakeholders—to shape product development
• Translate strategic goals into detailed product requirements, user stories, and technical specifications
• Engage directly with customers to gather insights, validate assumptions, and ensure product-market fit
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success and adjust roadmaps based on data and feedback
• Champion the voice of the customer within the organization to ensure alignment across all teams
• Stay informed on emerging technologies and trends in robotics, AMRs, Industry 4.0, and edge computing.
  
  

What You'll Bring To Our Team

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in robotics, IoT, or industrial automation
• Strong understanding of Industry 4.0, edge computing, and factory digitalization
• Familiarity with robotics and industrial frameworks like ROS, OPC UA, or similar
• Technical fluency in integrated hardware-software systems
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to prioritize based on impact and feasibility
• Excellent communication skills in English and Turkish, both written and verbal
• Experience in agile development, sprint planning, and product discovery
• High level of ownership, initiative, and adaptability in a growing tech environment.

• Familiarity with digital twins, simulation tools, or VR-based environments
• Understanding of Linux systems or embedded computing architectures
