Job Title: E-Commerce Sales Specialist

We are looking for an E-Commerce Sales Specialist to join Turkey’s leading glassware brand, LAV, to contribute to the development of our marketplace sales processes and product catalog management.

This role will be responsible for increasing sales across marketplaces (Trendyol, Amazon, Hepsiburada, etc.) in line with defined targets and managing end-to-end operations. As part of the e-commerce team, the specialist will play an active role in improving product visibility, Buybox performance, and sales, while also managing category and product content updates, implementing pricing strategies, and running promotional campaigns.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management
  • Strong knowledge of marketplace platforms such as Trendyol, Amazon, Hepsiburada, etc.
  • Experience in product catalog management, content entry, and optimization processes
  • Proficiency in using marketplace analytics tools (pricing, Buybox, performance tracking)
  • Experience in preparing briefs, coordinating with agencies and internal teams on visual content and processes
  • Strong analytical thinking, reporting, and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
Responsibilities
  • Increase sales in marketplaces in line with defined targets, track growth opportunities, and take necessary actions
  • Manage product catalogs in marketplaces, prepare and update product titles and descriptions in compliance with standards, and prepare briefs for visuals to coordinate with the marketing team and agencies
  • Oversee end-to-end marketplace sales operations (product listings, stock, pricing, campaign management)
  • Analyze Buybox losses and implement action plans
  • Monitor and report marketplace metrics (seller score, conversion rate, visibility) regularly
  • Conduct regular analyses using marketplace analytics tools and develop operational improvements
  • Take active part in campaign and discount processes to boost sales
  • Track competitor pricing and marketplace trends
  • Communicate regularly with marketplace representatives and category managers to follow opportunities and visibility options
  • Coordinate processes with the e-commerce team, warehouse, and customer service teams
