Role: E-Commerce Key Account Manager – Waters team

Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for driving online market share growth by brand, category, and eRetailers, as well as achieving online sales growth in accordance with established targets.
  • Support the definition and execution of the digital strategy by Business Unit (BU), focusing on enhancing online performance through search engine optimization and activation on eRetailers and social media platform activation to drive sales
  • Collaborate with the Digital Team to define and continuously improve the media approach and audience measurements, including targeting, reach, frequency, and brand/sales ROI. Support the implementation of media plans on key eRetailers.
  • Lead the implementation of "BUY NOW" actions across all digital touchpoints, including brand websites (desktop and mobile), YouTube, Facebook, email, and more. Ensure effective execution on top online eRetailer websites.
  • Monitor the accuracy and quality of eCommerce content, ensuring compliance with defined standards and targets. Identify gaps and work with digital teams to establish best practices and tools for content optimization across key online eRetailers.
  • Leverage eShopper insights to develop tools and practices for managing online eRetailers, aligning with the eCommerce group strategy to drive online category growth.
  • Define online strategies and coordinate the implementation of eRetailer plans in line with business requirements, focusing on activating the 4Ps online, developing multi-item basket shopper concepts and gaining competitive advantage in share and distribution with new items.
  • Ensure the achievement of agreed-upon targets and key performance indicators for eRetailers.
  • Support the Supply Chain in mapping the end-to-end flow of physical products and information to optimize our route to market, particularly for new channels and eRetailers (e.g., exclusive online retailers), through product range optimization and value chain activities.
  • Foster career development, succession planning, and coaching for direct reports.
  • Ensure adherence to all Company principles and policies.
Profile / Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and sales, with a proven track record of delivering on KPIs, particularly in achieving top and bottom-line business results.
  • Experience as a Digital Marketing and Brand Manager, with a focus on Key Account Management.
  • Comprehensive understanding of all sales functions, including Channel Category Sales Development, eRetailer, and Field Sales.
  • Demonstrated success in diverse sales roles, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital/eCommerce practices, with a courageous approach to working through ambiguity and an end-to-end understanding of Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain.
