A Driver provides transportation services to Guests, visitors, and purchase requests, prioritizing safety, cleanliness, and superior customer service.

What will I be doing?

• Providing transportation to Guests, visitors, and purchase requests, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and excellent customer service.
• Making a positive first impression on Guests by performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Welcoming Guests on arrival and assisting with luggage
• Maintaining contact with regular Guests and visitors
• Parking Guests' cars on hotel premises
• Providing driving services as required
• Keeping hotel vehicles clean and safe
• Staying informed about hotel services, VIP requirements, and special events
• Knowing external locations, attractions, and landmarks in the area
• Complying with hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety laws
• Projecting a professional image with a focus on hospitality and guest service

What are we looking for?

Drivers representing Hilton brands work on behalf of our Guests and collaborate with Team Members. To succeed in this role, you should demonstrate:

• At least 2 years of experience as a driver, preferably in hospitality, leisure, or retail sectors
• Impeccable personal presentation and good communication skills
• Calm, courteous, and discreet demeanor
• A valid and clean driving license/record
