Karbontürk is seeking an experienced Document Control Specialist to manage project documentation from registration to archiving across engineering disciplines. You will ensure revision control, issue tracking, and timely distribution among project teams, contractors, and suppliers.

The role requires strong attention to detail, experience with major DMS tools, and the ability to read technical English documents. EPC project experience is a plus, with a focus on compliance and timely handovers.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Education, Information and Records Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of document control procedures, revision management, document coding and workflows.
• Experience with at least one document management system and ability to read technical English documents.

Mansioni

• Register, distribute, revise, track, and archive all project documentation.
• Control engineering drawings, specifications, P&IDs, and technical documentation.
• Maintain Master Document Register (MDR) and revision histories.
• Ensure compliance with document numbering, coding, revision, and approval procedures.
• Coordinate document exchanges among project owner, contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Track review cycles and report delays to Project Management.
• Prepare and maintain document tracking logs and status reports.
• Monitor submission schedules and follow up on overdue deliverables.
• Ensure site teams use latest approved drawings, avoiding obsolete revisions.
• Coordinate vendor documentation, quality records, and commissioning docs.
• Assemble as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and handover documents.
• Ensure traceability, confidentiality, and proper archiving across the project lifecycle.
