We are looking for a Digital Technologies and Simulation Service Specialist to join our team at Şişecam Headquarters in Tuzla / Istanbul. The ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics, Chemical, etc.)
• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Experience in Operational/Production Technologies
• Knowledge of automation, data integration, and digitalization in production systems
• Knowledge of IoT, data analytics, AI, and automation systems (DCS, PLC)
• Experience in project management, preferably PMP certified
• Knowledge of ERP (SAP), MES, MOM systems, and integrations
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Good interpersonal skills and team spirit
• Positive attitude, agility, proactive, self-motivated, and able to multitask

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify digital needs for new technologies considering KPIs, PPIs, sensor points, ensuring compliance with the Manufacturing Excellence Center and IT functions
• Assess digital capabilities of new technologies and the high-level IT-OT structure; monitor and analyze these to identify areas for improvement
• Define requirements for digitalization projects aligned with R&D operational needs and support their implementation
• Develop and monitor asset management strategies
• Research global digital transformation practices, identify development areas, design process transformations, and create digital transformation strategies and roadmaps
• Lead pilot projects in digital technology within manufacturing; coordinate digital transformation projects and ensure solutions align with company goals
• Ensure integration of digital twin projects with production and other areas
• Follow directives and instructions from the unit manager within their scope of duties
