So, what responsibilities does the Digital Platforms Specialist take on at Otokoç Otomotiv?

  • Developing growth marketing strategies related with the digital platforms
  • Design and execute creative, performance-driven digital marketing strategies
  • Analyze user behavior to identify growth opportunities through A/B testing, funnel analysis, and segmentation
  • Develop and implement lifecycle marketing initiatives such as email, push notifications, and retargeting campaigns
  • Monitoring the currency and operability of digital platforms (websites, mobile applications, etc.), taking an active role in the identification and resolution of problems
  • Identifying needs with digital platforms performance monitoring, increasing performance with SEO and CRO activities
  • Improve organic traffic through SEO and content marketing strategies
  • Collaborate closely with product and data teams to plan experiments and optimize based on findings (websites, mobile applications, microsites, etc.)
  • Conducting the necessary analyzes to increase digital sales and customer satisfaction in digital processes, identifying improvement issues, creating solution proposals and coordinating with relevant stakeholders
  • Leading UI/UX and customer touch points for digital channels
  • To take a pro-active role in all digital projects, to ensure the progress of the projects and to be responsible for their follow-up
  • Working in coordination with the relevant teams in marketing activities for the target audience through digital channels
  • Evaluating new technology approaches when necessary and pioneering their use in channels
  • Coordinating with agencies that provide services such as data analysis, optimization and development, and managing processes

What are the Required Qualifications?

  • Graduated from relevant departments of universities
  • 3+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Digital and Performance Marketing
  • Know how about E-commerce Project Management
  • Experienced in platform performance needs, SEO and CRO
  • Agency experience or agency management experience
  • Preferably with experience in A/B Testing and Personalization setups for websites
  • Analytical thinking and system building skills
  • Ensure that platforms are developed in accordance with marketing strategies
  • Strong communication skills
  • Technical analysis and reporting skills
  • Knowledgeable in UI/UX
  • Good command of Platform Lifecycle processes
  • Capable of representation
  • Good command of English
