Job summary

Crossing Hurdles is seeking a junior 3D artist to produce production-ready assets in low-poly, voxel, and handcrafted styles. You will create stylized 3D models and textures, focusing on topology, UVs, and rendering under tight briefs.

No professional experience required—freshers welcome. You will work with Blender, ZBrush, and Adobe Creative Suite, and you will document workflows while integrating feedback to deliver high-quality assets daily.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Blender, ZBrush, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with plugins and scripts relevant to digital art.
• Understanding NPR workflows and visual storytelling.
• Strong communication and attention to detail skills.
• Ability to complete up to 10 tasks per day.
