Jobgether, a partner-driven platform, seeks a Digital and Event Marketing Specialist based in Turkey to drive brand awareness through digital campaigns, webinars with partners, and in-person events.

You will create content for WeChat and Xiaohongshu, manage end‑to‑end campaigns from planning to analysis, collaborate with partners, and apply AI tools to boost efficiency and lead quality.

Qualifications

• Native‑like fluency in Chinese is required.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Digital and Event Marketing Specialist based in Turkey.

This role combines digital marketing, event strategy, content creation, and community growth to expand brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
You will lead partner webinars, in-person events, and industry engagements from planning through execution and follow-up.
A key focus will be growing visibility and engagement across Chinese social platforms, particularly WeChat and Xiaohongshu.
You will experiment with organic and paid acquisition channels while developing campaigns that support broader business goals.
The position offers an opportunity to build strategic partnerships and contribute to expansion into new markets.
Working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, you will use performance insights and AI tools to continuously improve marketing efficiency and impact.

Accountabilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies and tactics designed to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
• Plan and manage full-cycle marketing campaigns from initial strategy through execution, measurement, and optimization.
• Experiment with organic and paid acquisition channels, including content marketing, advertising, social media, publicity, lead‑generation campaigns, and events.
• Lead the planning and execution of partner webinars, in-person events, presentations, RSVPs, and related activities.
• Research relevant industry expos, networking opportunities, and other events, and represent the organization when appropriate.
• Create valuable, engaging, and platform-appropriate content for WeChat and other Chinese social channels.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with relevant industry players and organizations.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, identify insights, and measure progress against established goals.
• Leverage AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to improve marketing productivity, content creation, and campaign effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Native‑like fluency in both spoken and written Chinese.
• Strong familiarity with Chinese social media platforms, particularly WeChat, Xiaohongshu, and similar channels.
• Previous experience in marketing through internships, campus organizations, professional roles, or related activities.
• Working knowledge of the U.S. college application and admissions process.
• Strong time‑management, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to manage multiple marketing initiatives and event‑related activities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Understanding of current marketing trends, emerging channels, and industry best practices.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate campaign performance and translate insights into action.
