Your Role – Magic happens when you bring great people together!

· Execute the monthly sales forecasting process : coordinate with Demand Planning Analysts for statistical forecast optimization and adjust with demand drivers based on input from collaboration with BU Supply Chain and Country Marketing, challenge countries for forecast optimization.

· Adjust and validate forecasts with final output at reference level for Supply Chain to use to plan and drive supply requirements

· Understand demand drivers, coordinate Product Life Cycle Management events and Special events (promotions, projects, price changes, etc - with a specific attention to projects) with BU Supply Chain and Country Marketing

· Responsible to co-lead monthly Demand Reviews with local BU VPs.

· Measure and drive improvement in Forecast Accuracy Value Add taking into account Demand Planning Analysts inputs, follow up sales vs forecast, run Root Cause Analysis for deviations, manage corrective actions

· Be the primary contact/representative for Collaborative sales Forecast for his geographic and business scope

· Be the Demand Planning contact for the local Supply Planners of the DCs, support them for healthy stock management, inventory optimization and continuous improving service level for his business scope.

· Responsible for communicating/presenting the forecast process, forecast data, and forecast accuracy results

· Support and Lead monthly CSF & SIOP meetings with country representatives (Sales and Marketing Directors / VP).

· Foster a culture of continuous improvement and act as a catalyst for business improvement.

· Collaborate with Supply Planners , SIOP leaders to monitor forecast performance, review critical families, give valuable input for DRP and make necessary actions to reduce obsolete stock.

· Be a confident and credible voice representing the Demand Planning function and taking ownership to drive business actions/results related to the function.

· Be an active Member of the MEA Demand Planning Community and SE Demand Planning Skill Networks.

· To replace master data specialist to maintain master data activities in SAP and support other stakeholders in supply chai

Qualifications

About You

Education: Bachelor in Engineering or Supply Chain Management, preferably advanced studies in (Mathematics, IT, Business Administration, and Statistical Analytics)

Language requirements:

  • Fluent in Turkish

Experience: 7 years of Supply Chain Experience (demand/ supply planning or Sales Forecasting)

Skills requirements

· Ability to learn and understand new tools and concepts quickly.

· Kinaxis, SAP & CT strong knowledge .

· Analytical and strong ability to work with numbers and forecast data.

· Proficient in Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint 10

· Very Good Computer literacy, with focus on ERP (SAP) MM Module
