DataSpecta is seeking aData Solutions Manager in Turkey to lead project delivery, pre-sales and account management for enterprise Data & AI initiatives. You will own engagements, coordinate cross-functional teams and drive value from discovery through delivery.

The role requires 8+ years in data, analytics or AI consulting, with prior consulting experience and strong Turkish and English communication. Hybrid collaboration with leadership and partners is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS or a related field.
8+ years of relevant professional experience in Data & Analytics, enterprise technology or technology consulting.
Prior consulting experience with direct responsibility for customer-facing engagements.
Proven experience managing Data & Analytics or AI projects, including scope, planning, stakeholder communication and delivery coordination.
Experience contributing to or leading pre-sales activities, including discovery, proposal development, effort estimation and solution presentations.
Strong understanding of enterprise data platforms, Data Warehousing, BI and the role of Data Governance and AI within enterprise environments.
Professional proficiency in Turkish and English.
Experience with data governance, data quality, and data transformation approaches.
Exposure to Generative AI, RAG, AI agents and enterprise AI deployments.
Familiarity with dbt, Microsoft Fabric, Azure, AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, Oracle or Power BI.

Responsabilités

Own day-to-day management of customer engagements, ensuring scope, timelines, effort and outcomes.
Translate objectives into delivery plans with clear responsibilities and milestones.
Coordinate consultants and technical leads across engagements; align staffing with leadership.
Monitor progress, budget and risk; manage scope changes.
Lead status meetings and steering committee discussions with clear updates.
Review deliverables with leads to ensure quality and customer fit.
Lead discovery meetings to understand priorities, tech landscapes and constraints.
Define solution approaches and delivery models with engineers and architects.
Prepare proposals, statements of work and effort estimates.
Articulate business value and trade-offs to stakeholders.
Coordinate demos, assessments and PoCs with internal teams and partners.
Ensure smooth handover from pre-sales to delivery.
