Job summary

Rollic, an Istanbul-based game developer and publisher, seeks a data scientist to join the analytics team. You will work with AWS, Snowflake, Airflow, Tableau and DBT to develop ML models and maintain AB experiment systems for game optimization.

We welcome candidates with 2+ years in data science or analytics, strong Python/SQL skills, and the ability to communicate clearly. Relocation support to Istanbul is offered; the office is pet-friendly and equipped with modern facilities.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Economics, or related fields; Master or Ph.D.
• 2+ years of work experience in data science, ML, or analytics
• Experience with A/B testing, ML, statistics, data visualization
• Proficient in Python and SQL; ML on large datasets; Snowflake or similar cloud data systems
• Strong written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ML models and predictive systems
• Design AI features to improve games with gaming teams
• Build and maintain AB experiment systems
• Apply statistical methods to evaluate performance and uncertainties
