Job summary

Qualifications

• BSc or MSc degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related disciplines.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Data Mining, Data Science, or Advanced Analytics.
• Good understanding of Machine Learning algorithms such as regression, classification, clustering, and tree-based models.
• Hands-on experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and model evaluation.
• Proficiency in Python and commonly used data science libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
• Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent.
• Good understanding of statistical analysis and analytical problem-solving.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and validate machine learning, data mining, and advanced analytics models to solve business problems.
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and generate actionable insights from large datasets.
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and model evaluation.
• Develop predictive, classification, clustering, and segmentation models.
• Write efficient SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from enterprise data sources.
• Develop Python-based analytical solutions and automation workflows.
• Monitor model performance and contribute to model improvement activities.
• Work with senior team members and business stakeholders to translate business needs into analytical solutions.
• Prepare analytical outputs, reports, and visualizations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Document analytical methodologies, assumptions, and model results.
• Contribute to Advanced Analytics and Data Science projects and initiatives.
• Experience with time series forecasting, recommender systems, NLP or computer vision.
• Experience with MLOps, model deployment and automation.
• Experience in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
