Job summary

Join a leading automotive company as a Training Coordinator for Trucks & Buses. What You Can Expect:

  • Planning, coordination and implementation of sales / technical trainings for Mercedes-Benz Retail Network Sales & Aftersales personnel (Truck&Bus) including technicians, service advisors, forman etc.
  • Following up dealer technical personnel’s competency both on site and on desk appointing training programs to fulfill all re-certification process
  • Close follow up of global trainings train the trainer programs to keep market knowledge up to date.
  • Learning management system as a key user Training related projects: Global Training Events, Driving Organizations, Product Launch Trainings, Agency Trainings etc.
  • Coordination and implementation of customer trainings (for public and private customers)
  • Continuous improvement of training contents, documentations and processes to keep network update in new truck and bus technologies

That’s Why You Are a Match

  • Graduated from related engineering fields (electric, electronic, mechatronics or automotive) or automotive training areas
  • Fluent in English (German is a plus) to communicate effectively both verbally and written
  • Experienced (min 3 years) in training or related engineering fields with training experience
  • Active driver (having min B license) and has no obstacle for travelling (local and international) (requires apprx 20% travelling)
  • Passionate for heavy commercial vehicle area having product&market knowledge
  • Motivated for continuous learning and training technical personnel
  • Dynamic, self-disciplined, motivated to take initiative and willing to develop herself/himself Pro-active, having «let’s do it» attitude and multi-tasking across operational and strategic goals
