Responsibilities include installations, migrations, racking, and cross-connects. 2+ years in data center or IT infra is preferred; certifications (CDCP/CDCS, CCNA) are a plus. Proactive communication in English is essential.

• Conduct server racking, stacking, and labeling.
• Perform cross-connects and patch panel work.
• Troubleshoot connectivity and hardware issues.
• Document all work with photos and detailed notes.
• Coordinate with remote NOC and client teams.

We are seeking an experienced Data Center Technician for freelance/contract work in Antalya, Turkey. This is an on-site position supporting mission-critical infrastructure at premier data center facilities.

Compensation

₺275-385/hr (TRY hourly). Rates vary based on experience level and project complexity. Emergency and after-hours work may qualify for premium rates.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform hardware installations, decommissions, and migrations

• Experience with DCIM and ticketing systems - preferred
• Familiarity with major colocation providers - preferred
