Qualifications

• Bachelor1s Degree from related fields,
• Preferably with 5 years or more experience in data center operations and planning,
• Experienced in data center operations and planning,
• Proficient and experienced in field planning and installation of IT equipment related to data centers,
• Experienced in structured cabling and low current issues,
• Proficient in English,
• Knowledgeable about Linux and Microsoft operating systems, software, and hardware (RAID, SAN, x86 architecture, SCSI, FC, ethernet, iLO),
• Proficient in DCIM software,
• Knowledgeable about general network concepts (DNS, TCP/IP, basic troubleshooting), preferably with a CCNA certification,
• Knowing core operating system services SSH, Telnet, RDP, FTP, NFS, DHCP, Serial communication etc
• Values teamwork and demonstrates adaptability,
• Developed analytical thinking skills with advanced communication and planning abilities; solution-oriented and responsible.

Job Description

• Monitoring the operation, maintenance, installation and repair processes of active equipment in the data centers within our bank,
• Provide first-level technical support for requests and issues concerning our data centers.
• Provide first-level intervention and solutions to problems within the framework of predefined SLAs.
• Responsible for asset inventory management; conduct exploration and planning for determining the locations of new inventories as well as their energy needs etc.
• Provide on-site support for problem detection and resolution.
• Perform periodic inspections within the Data Center including maintenance actions among others.
• Take preventive measures against potential risks while preparing emergency plans accordingly.
• Develop projects aimed at integrating new technologies executing these initiatives effectively throughout completion stages.
• Maintain effective communication channels both internally & externally ensuring continuous business continuity overall.
