Job description

What We\'re Looking For

• Graduated from the Electrical Engineering Faculty of universities
• Preferably 5-7 years and above experience in data center facility operations (electrical systems design, maintenance, device assembly/disassembly and operation)
• Experience in cabinet design and installation of equipment used in the IT sector (router, switch, firewall, server, storage, etc.)
• Knowledgeable about structured cabling and low current
• Knowledgeable about building and equipment-based automation programs
• Good written and spoken English
• Preferably took part in the installation of end-user devices
• Good command of MS Office programs
• Able to adapt to 24/7 shift working hours
• Ability to work in harmony with a team or team
• Solution-oriented on the problem or issue side
• Responsible with advanced analytical thinking, communication and planning skills
• Able to adapt to intense, fast-paced and flexible working hours
• Willing to improve oneself

What You\'ll Do

• It will monitor the operation, maintenance, installation and troubleshooting processes of active equipment (energy, cooling and fire systems, etc.) belonging to the Data Center in the Intertech infrastructure
• It will monitor and manage the energies in LV and MV panels
• It will manage the maintenance and troubleshooting processes of equipment such as Transformers, Generators and Uninterruptible Power Supply
• It will provide first-level technical support to the demands and problems of customers receiving data center and access services within the Intertech organization
• It will provide first-level intervention and solutions to problems within the framework of determined SLAs
• It will solve the demands conveyed to it from within the company or by the customer and proceed as a result
• It will be responsible for asset inventory management
• It will provide physical on-site support for the investigation and resolution of problems
• It will inform customers or relevant parties about the faulty product and follow up the fault records directly from the customer or the relevant company
• It will monitor the physical installation, periodic system room log control and system maintenance processes within the Data Center
• End-user support from our customers at the Data Center location and will provide on-site support for installation requests
• Will accompany our customers or 3rd Party company personnel during work at that Data Center location
