Job summary

Mastercard Senior Managing Consultant / Director - Cybersecurity Lead Generation will drive growth of Mastercard's cybersecurity offerings and serve as the P&L owner for Mastercard Cybersecurity within the segment. You will lead revenue growth through direct sales and by coordinating with customer-facing teams to maximize Cybersecurity sales.

Responsibilities include coordinating internal execution, enabling services sales, and guiding product, consulting and marketing launches.

Qualifications

5+ years in cybersecurity consulting or technology sales with team management responsibility.
Industry savvy, understanding emerging cyber trends and opportunities.
Experience selling security services/consulting/tech such as threat intelligence, security training, cloud security, incident response, third-party risk, and AI-based risk tools.

Responsibilities

Coordinate internal execution across teams, including sales enablement and alignment of launches.
Lead specialist cyber sales with end-to-end ownership of deals and referrals.
Track lead funnel health and conversion, identify issues, and drive improvement actions.
Advise on integration risks and measure success by sales performance and client impact.
