AKSA, a company of Akkök Holding, was founded in 1968 in Yalova. Becoming the world’s largest producer of acrylic fiber over the years, Aksa today serves approximately 300 customers in over 50 countries across 5 continents. Having a capacity of 330.000 tons per year, Aksa supplies raw materials for textiles and technical textiles in many diverse areas.

We are looking for a Customer Services and Quality Assurance Engineer who will be reporting to the Customer Services and Quality Assurance Manager.

Qualities We Are Looking For;

  • Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering,
  • Preferably with min 3 years of experience in at least one of those areas;
  • Weaving/Finishing of technical textiles,
  • Experience on required test standards for flame retardent textiles,
  • Good command of English- both spoken and written,
  • No restriction to travel (both domestic and abroad),
  • Customer oriented,
  • Strong team work, analytical thinking, problem solving, research, communication and negotiation skills.

Your main tasks are;

  • Providing technical assistance for customer complains, process and product development studies,
  • Providing quality control service,
  • Incorporating customer feedback into the process/product development projects,
  • Being involved in R&D/process/product/market development projects,
  • Creating synergy by mutually identifying technical needs.
