As we continue to grow, we're excited to announce a new opportunity for a Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Foreign Trade or similar fields,
  • Preferably two years of work experience in logistics, international operations (especially in export) or as a customs broker,
  • Familiarity with customs, international and domestic transport processes and operations,
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English,
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications, and preferably experience with Oracle ERP,
  • Good communication and follow-up/coordination skills, competent in teamwork, with a strong analytical approach and a learning attitude to solve problems,
  • Strong customer-oriented mindset,
  • Residing or willing to reside in Yalova or Karamürsel,
  • No obstacles to traveling inland or abroad.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
  • Manage customer orders/requests and oversee the movement of goods out of the company, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations; monitor and manage customer orders from origin to final destination for accurate and timely shipments.
  • Understand processes, documentation, and terminology involved in international shipping from the issuance of the customer's purchase order through delivery.
  • Process and ensure accuracy of customs documentation (e.g., Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, ATR, Origin Documents) to meet destination country regulations and Turkey Customs rules.
  • Respond to customer/broker requests, resolve operational issues, and handle incidents.
  • Proactively address challenges in daily operations, promote positive results, and coordinate with internal/external departments (Sales, Purchasing, Planning, Warehouse, Finance, Customs Broker, Forwarders) to report status updates and potential issues.
  • Enter transportation data into internal/external tracking systems.
  • Contribute to continuous process development and awareness.
  • Update and share changes within our Export Trade Compliance Manual as required.
