  • Newly graduated or maximum 2 years of previous relevant experience with a strong focus on sales.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English is a must.

The role

Customer Service Specialist is mainly responsible for providing support in all functional areas of Sales, provides assistance and support to the sales team by responding to customer inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining sales-related day-to-day tasks.

How you’ll make an impact
  • Start the sales process by receiving offer requests from customers and follow up closely until the order is finished,
  • Manage the process by working in coordination with relevant departments to ensure production and shipment are in accordance with customers\' orders,
  • Communicate with the customer regarding price and deadline changes,
  • Expedite requests rush orders and altering sales orders and shipping information as required,
  • Recording, check or update orders in the SAP system and carry out documentation operations,
  • Ensure that the daily work complies with the relevant business process,
What do you bring
  • A degree in technical education, preferably related to Electrical or Mechanical fields,
  • Newly graduated or maximum 2 years of previous relevant experience with a strong focus on sales,
  • Fluency in spoken and written English is a must,
  • Having knowledge on technical drawings is a must,
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal relationship skills are required,
  • Willing to work in a customer-focused, fast-paced environment located in our factory in Gebze.
