Job description

We are looking for a Customer Experience & Ancillary Sales Agent to join our team at SunExpress Antalya Airport.

Qualifications:

  • At least an associate degree,
  • Good command of English,
  • Minimum 1 year experience in sales and ticketing within the aviation industry,
  • Knowledge of reservation systems like Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre, Mars is a plus,
  • Proficient in MS Office applications,
  • Completed training for assisting passengers with reduced mobility.

Responsibilities:

  • Sell and reissue tickets at the airport, handle inquiries about routes and prices, manage excess luggage revenue, and resolve irregular situations in coordination with Ground Operations,
  • Promote our products and services, collect fees for excess luggage and other services,
  • Stay updated on routes, tariffs, fees, and company products,
  • Record irregular situations and report to supervisors,
  • Handle cash and accounting procedures as per company policies,
  • Organize ticket issuance during MyID website outages for company staff,
  • Safeguard and transfer collected cash, ensure accuracy between cash and reports,
  • Monitor CSAT and Ancillary Revenue targets via Qlik Sense reports,
  • Perform ticketing and SSR actions following company rules, including changes, waivers, and overbooking,
  • Attend monthly departmental meetings,
  • Manage overbooked reservations and related issues,
  • Address customer requests and feedback,
  • Research airport market trends and innovations,
  • Maintain good relations with third-party vendors,
  • Provide route, schedule, and fare information via phone, email, or in person,
  • Handle reservations, ticketing, refunds, and cancellations,
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and assist passengers with their travel needs,
  • Deliver frontline customer service,
  • Report safety and security concerns to relevant departments.
