What You'll Do:
- Act as the primary contact for all requests and complaints from external stakeholders (MUCs) and internal customers (call center & other departments), ensuring each is addressed in line with our Customer Obsession philosophy.
- Take ownership of customer demands to increase satisfaction and loyalty, as measured by surveys.
- Respond to requests in line with personal and team KPIs, ensuring quality and timeliness.
- Analyze root causes of complaints, take preventive actions, and contribute to process improvements.
- Continuously develop your skills to provide proactive, high-quality support, considering all aspects of requests for 360-degree service.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer requests with a solution-oriented approach.
- Serve as the single point of contact throughout the request resolution process, ensuring effective communication (email, phone, etc.) to reduce response time and enhance customer experience.
- Ensure requests received through internal departments are managed completely and effectively, minimizing follow-ups from MUCs.
What Skills Do You Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
- 4+ years of experience in customer experience, financial operations, or planning & analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM tools is a plus.
- English proficiency at minimum B1 level (Intermediate).
- Strong teamwork and cross-departmental coordination skills.
