Overview
Tchibo is a unique company because it operates both as a retailer and coffee shop, and also sells its FMCG branded products through retail chains and its own online store. Initially focused more on non-food retail in Turkey, over recent years Tchibo Turkey has emphasized its coffee heritage and expertise in its local offering.
We are looking for a CS Sales Support Supervisor to oversee and coordinate end-to-end operational, ERP, and logistics processes within the CS sales channel.
Responsibilities
- Supervise all ERP-related activities including customer creation, order entry, invoicing, and system controls within the CS channel
- Manage financial documentation processes such as expense approvals, risk assessments, and departmental forms
- Oversee the preparation and accuracy of key reports, including sales performance (NSV, SKU), stock levels, and overdue accounts
- Lead end-to-end processes related to demand planning, procurement, ordering, and contract execution.
- Monitor the end-to-end order management process to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment
- Coordinate logistics operations including warehouse planning and loading schedules
- Review and manage pricing and promotional discount lists in collaboration with the commercial team
- Lead the coordination of new SKU creation processes with relevant departments
- Ensure accurate and timely invoicing and monitor all credit note processes
- Supervise return and claims processes; coordinate with logistics and ensure timely resolution
- Perform reconciliation between SAP and Plantum systems; investigate and resolve discrepancies
- Deliver regular and ad hoc reporting to the Finance department
- Ensure accurate execution of promotional strategies and pricing models across channel customers
- Support customer-specific requirements including B2B setups, product samples, marketing materials, and promotional needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Min 5 years of experience in sales operations or supply chain
- Advanced knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with a detail-oriented mindset
- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills; capable of working cross-functionally
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience in pricing, promotions, and invoicing workflows
- Fluency in English (written and verbal)
- Proactive, solution-focused, and able to take ownership of tasks
