Overview

Transport is at the core of modern society. Renault Trucks Turkey seeks to shape sustainable transport and infrastructure solutions for the future by leveraging next-gen technologies and collaborative teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the vision and strategy for Renault Trucks CRM roadmap.
• Implement CRM strategies to enhance customer loyalty, personalization, and direct marketing effectiveness.
• Manage and ensure compliance of the CRM database, create dashboards with regional analysis and segmentation, and lead network training initiatives.
• Lead data strategy by consolidating data across departments, ensuring data quality, retention, and insights generation for business growth.
• Support dealers with CRM/Sales Drive processes, perform proactive analysis on lost deals and quotations, and deliver actionable insights.
• Conduct competitor analysis and prepare regular reports on the Turkish heavy-duty trucks market and customer segments.
• Provide deep market insights on industry trends and customer segments while estimating market development for strategic studies.
• Prepare ad-hoc and detailed analyses to support key business decisions and uncover product and market trends through data mining.
• Assist the sales team by regularly preparing market, segment, and sales-related reports.
• Schedule regular dealer and customer visits to collect timely feedback and integrate insights into business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science or related field
• Minimum of 4 years in a similar role with expertise in analytical tools and CRM systems
• Proven ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams
• Strong proficiency in mathematics, analytical tools, databases, and relevant software
• Excellent multitasking and task management abilities, confident decision-making skills, and clear process communication
• Able to meet multiple deadlines simultaneously
