Now, we are looking for a CRM & Automation Specialist who will be a bridge between their ActionCOACH Turkey & Europe Francophone teams—an essential part of their global journey.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Managing and optimizing their HubSpot Enterprise CRM, including lists, pipelines, forms, workflows, and user permissions
• Creating segmentation logic, automation flows, and CRM-based performance tracking
• Building dashboards and delivering actionable insights through data analysis
• Ensuring clean, reliable, and GDPR-compliant data across markets
• Collaborating with coaches and marketing teams to support email campaigns, lead management, and client journey mapping
• Documenting and evolving CRM best practices across both regions

Who You Are

• Experienced in CRM platforms — HubSpot experience is a strong advantage
• Strong data management and reporting capabilities, combining technical precision with strategic insight
• Able to think in systems and translate business needs into CRM solutions
• Comfortable working in a remote, multicultural, fast-paced environment
• Minimum B2 level English
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science or related field
• Curious, collaborative, and eager to grow with a purpose-driven team
