Job summary

Crossing Hurdles is seeking a skilled molecular biology scientist to lead design, optimization, and execution of CRISPR-based gene editing experiments, develop cloning strategies, and generate novel constructs and cell lines.

You will perform genotyping, PCR assays, and sequence analyses to validate modifications, design synthetic sequences, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to translate data for AI model training while documenting procedures for reproducibility.

Qualifications

• Hands-on cloning, genotyping, and PCR-based assays.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, optimization, and execution of CRISPR-based gene editing experiments.
