Job summary

Prometeia is seeking a Junior Consultant for its Istanbul office to support risk management projects for financial intermediaries. You will work with a dedicated team on credit risk modelling, including PD, LGD, EAD, IFRS 9, and Credit VaR, and contribute to model validation and advisory activities.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in credit risk modelling.
• Bachelor’s degree with excellent marks in economic/financial, statistical or engineering subjects.
• Experience in the use of mathematical/statistical computing software or other data mining skills.
• Excellent command of English.
• Proficiency and hands-on experience in coding with Python and/or R.

Responsibilities

• Join a specialized team in Istanbul working on credit risk modelling and advisory projects for financial intermediaries.
• Support project managers in activities related to PD, LGD, EAD, IFRS 9 models and Credit VaR.
• Contribute to model validation and credit risk advisory tasks.
• Assist in AI credit risk applications.
