This role is placed under Business Operations – Customer Invoice to Cash department. The main responsibilities will be under collection, cash application and credit management.

The role directly reports to the Head of Customer Invoice to Cash Turkey & Levant.

Overview

Main Responsibilities

• Writing to export customers about delays, solving the problem with the relevant person from the sales department if necessary. Sending the open account statement of Export customers to the relevant department
• Sending e-mail Statement of Account through HRC / SAP • PDC
• Moving the TXT file to local and HRC server -ecash • PDC
• Checking if all PDCs Weighted Average align with customers\' due dates
• Managing return checks - PDC (FTR04) processes
• Managing bounced checks – PDC processes
• Checking PDC Customer accounts if there is any overdue by EoM
• Checking blocking orders, sending the list CRS team and requesting payment from customers
• Preparing and sending out Crif List
• Managing any issues or tickets received through systems
• Following up LoGs- renewal & cancellation requests
• Following up claims

About you

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree
• Great communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization and with external parties
• Strong solutions orientation for business support
• Proven ability to collaborate across matrix lines
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English and Turkish
